1. Polyester Filament
On Monday, Crude Oil fluctuated and ended up with a rise. The cost of polyester raw materials increased accordingly.
At the moment, factories mainly keep prices table and some of them increased by 50-100cny/ton today. The polyester filament market still has good support from the export demand and factories’ high operating rates.
It’s expected that the cost will fluctuate within a certain range in the short term, and prices of polyester products will fluctuate accordingly.
It’s suggested that you make purchasing plans in advance based on your firm demand. In the long term, it’s necessary to pay attention to fluctuations in raw material cost, polyester load, and the situation of production and sales.
2. PSF
The PSF market performed general and deals were based on negotiation. Crude Oil in the night session went up, and the polyester raw materials and PSF futures increased accordingly. Morning quotations overall kept stable. The downstream was mainly waiting and seeing or stocking up moderately. It’s suggested that you purchase as per your firm demand.
3. VSF
On Monday, the VSF market performed general. Procurement was mainly based on firm demand. It’s recommended that you keep a certain level of inventory to avoid any risks.
4. Spandex
Currently the spandex market performed general. The transaction is based on negotiation. It’s recommended that you procure based on your orders and demand to avoid any risks like tight supply.
5. Nylon
The price of pure benzene remained stable while the price of CPL spots fluctuated. The conventional spinning spot chips mainly focused on firm demand, and the production and sales were good. High-speed spinning spot chips remained stable. For nylon yarn, the production and sales was stable in the high-end market but weak in the low-end market. It’s suggested that you purchase as per your firm demand when prices are low.
