1. Polyester filament
The price of crude oil rebounded again after dropping. The polyester raw materials fluctuate within a certain range.
At present, the factories’ product inventory is at a low level. They prefer to keep prices stable when cost decreases or raise prices when cost increases. That’s because the prices have almost reached the bottom level. But overall, downstream procurement meets insufficient persistence. It is expected that the polyester market will remain volatile in the short term. For the long term, it’s important to pay attention to fluctuations in raw material prices, polyester loads, and the situation of production and sales.
2. PSF
The PSF market is general and its deals continued to rely on negotiation yesterday. After-hours crude oil prices rebounded slightly. Polyester raw materials and PSF keeps strong shock. The overall market transaction remained dependent on negotiation and the spot quotations in the early trading were temporarily stable.
3. VSF
In VSF domestic market, factories got orders continuously in first half of this week, while the overall enthusiasm of downstream companies was average, but there was a mentality of following the trend. Then partial factories are planning to increase price 100-200cny/ton. So it’s best to hoard up moderately when price stays in a reasonable level and keep a certain amount of raw materials in stock to avoid risks.
4. Spandex
The spandex industry is still experiencing oversupply. But it is said that there is a trend of supplement in the market currently and factories ship goods actively. So the spandex prices will maintain stable or probably increase to some extent. It’s suggested that you purchase spandex based on your firm demand.
5. Nylon
Pure benzene in the external market weakened, and the price in the internal market temporarily stabilized. The supply and demand of CPL are slightly tight in the short term, and there is a slight improvement for the just needs of chips. There’s no obvious change in downstream.
